Tri Delta Sorority - Commercial Renovation

A renovation to the exterior, common living room and entry included restoration and repair of existing flooring, installation of additional lighting, and exterior and interior painting. Because of building use requirements, the project was executed in a period of eight weeks. In a second phase a new commercial kitchen was retro-fitted into the existing space.
