Sweetbrush Residence - Home Renovation

An extensive interior and exterior renovation was completed in two phases. The initial phase, completed in three months to accommodate the client's vacation schedule, included a complete replacement of existing mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems as part of a whole-house interior renovation of the kitchen, master bath, living and sleeping spaces. The second phase focused on the landscape including the addition of retaining walls to level the lot grade for expansive play areas protected with masonry privacy fences for security. Outdoor patios, fireplaces, additional storage and a contemporary carport were also built as part of this phase.
