El Greco Residence - Home Renovation & Addition

The original first floor plan was very chopped up with small family living areas and was reworked to provide a large open kitchen family and dining area separate from the formal dining and living areas with a large covered porch and outdoor kitchen over looking the pool courtyard. The Second floor was reconfigured to add a large laundry room and a large master retreat with spa bath and several large walk in closets by taking away one of the original bedrooms on the floor. We added the third floor by revising the roof structure to accommodate two bedrooms and 2 full baths plus large walk in closets and additional storage areas. The exterior of the residence was reworked to improve the exterior appearance to better fit the Owner’s desire for a more Southern Traditional home; which included new Front and Rear porches that were appropriate to the style of the residence and to blend the existing detached garage and guest house seamlessly with the newly renovated residence and pool courtyard.
