A Long-Term Tenant Gets a More Functional Layout
the goal
Our client wanted upgrades that preserved the building's historic beauty while helping an important commercial tenant better use the space.
the process
It was vital to determine the tenant's design needs and to create workable, day-to-day solutions for construction. Consequently, at times our in-house crew worked nights and weekends in order to allow the business to operate normally. Weekly project meetings, reporting and time-line updates kept both the client and tenant apprised of progress.
the final result
A new layout of the reception area, conference room, work areas and kitchen fits the tenant's current needs and allows for expansion. The lobby renovation and overall repairs help maintain the building's historical integrity and long-term value.
